Returns & Exchanges

At Champny's Fireworks, we want you to sparkle in your new attire, but if your purchase doesn't ignite your style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
